Welcome
Perth Sri Lanka Buddhist Vihara was established as an incorporated Body in 1998. The Temple serves the needs of the Sri Lankan Buddhist Community and is also open to anyone interested in the study of Lord Buddha's Teachings and Meditation, including Meditation techniques.
What We Offer
Perth Dhamma School is organised by the temple to out to teach children about the Buddhist Teachings.
Sil is a monthly observence that happens on the Saturday closest to the full moon. During this time, participants observe the 8 precepts.
Every day, a dhana, or the offering of meals to monks, is held. Everyone is welcome.
Monks
Two monks reside at the temple, Venerable Beruwala Siri Sobhitha Maha Thero and Venerable Pallewela Vissudhawansa Thero. The resident monks make themselves available to offer bodhi pujas, pansakula ceremonies, and hospital visits.
Donations
This Temple is self-supporting through your donations alone. Your contributions allow the Temple to continue its programs and outreach.
